La Classe™ Prosecco DOC Extra Dry hails from the Alta Marca Trevigiana region. Made with 100% Glera grapes, this sparkling wine undergoes re-fermentation in autoclave, resulting in a fine and persistent perlage. With a low alcohol content of 11% vol., it is best served as an aperitif or paired with light dishes. The winery focuses on soft pressing and low-temperature fermentation in steel tanks, preserving the wine's freshness.
